FREE, family-friendly fun at Cross Creek Nursery

Looking for an easy and FREE fall outing?! Cross Creek Nursery’s got you covered! I love this family-owned, community-focused business and I know y’all will too!

For your visit this fall, I suggest parking at the top of the gravel lot, putting you right beside the pumpkins, goats, slide and bounce house. The grounds are so beautiful, and my kids love to play hide and seek, cross the bridges, and play in the little cottage.

A few tips before you go:

We spent about 1.5 hours, including a snack break (seating is scattered throughout). Pumpkins are $.69/pound; be sure to pick up a wagon so you can haul them to the cashier once you’re done looking through the patch. The paths are gravel, so plan your footwear accordingly, and leave strollers at home. If you’d like to add to your outing, head next door to North Courthouse Library and rode scooters on the Neighborhood Connector Trail.
