Five Henrico County Public Libraries Open to the Public. Fairfield, Libbie Mill, Tuckahoe, Twin Hickory, and Varina Selected

Book lovers rejoice! The Henrico County Public LIbrary system has announced Fairfield, Libbie Mill, Tuckahoe, Twin Hickory, and Varina Area Libraries will open to the public on Monday, March 29, 2021. Hours at those area libraries will be Mon. through Thurs. 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and  Fri. & Sat. 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Curbside pickup will continue to be available from other locations. HCPL has 10 HCPL locations, including five area (larger) libraries, and four branch (smaller) libraries, plus the Mobile Library Service.
 

Masks covering the nose and mouth are required for visitors five and up. Select Meeting, Conference and Study room reservations will be available at these locations starting March 29 with reduced occupancy to facilitate social distancing. Henrico County Public Library officials ask that you restrict your time in the library to one hour or less. Gayton, Glen Allen, North Park, and Sandston libraries will continue to offer curbside pickup only. HCPL plans to continue reopening in phases.

HCPL continues to offer many services remotely for those who cannot visit their library at this time, and encourages patrons to reach out to staff for assistance online or over the phone, to get a digital library card, or attend a virtual program.
