July Gardening Events Around Richmond

The month of July welcomes in the heat, humidity, and the start of summer harvests. There are only a few one-time gardening related events this month, but there are many recurring events and volunteer opportunities available.

•Fit4Kids has volunteer opportunities available in their greenhouse. It’s the perfect outdoor volunteer experience for a family or small pod. This spring Fit For Kids will be selling seedlings. The profits will be used to support our learning garden program. We also donate thousands of seedlings to families and other non profits. Questions? DM or email sara@grfit4kids.org Sign up here.
